The "Find 3+ Hours or 100% Refund" Guarantee
Because our service is built around results, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee: if we cannot identify at least 3 recoverable hours per week for your business from the information you provide, we will refund your purchase price in full, provided the assessment was completed and the recommendations were delivered in accordance with the Service.
Assessment and Consulting Services
- Because the AI Tools Assessment is a custom service based on your business information, completed reports are generally not refundable once delivered, except under the Guarantee above or the cases below.
- If we fail to identify at least 3 recoverable hours per week in your delivered report, you may request a full refund within 14 days of report delivery.
- If you cannot access a paid report due to a technical issue on our side, we will first restore access or resend the report. If we cannot deliver the purchased report within a reasonable time, we will refund.
Before Work Starts
If you pay and cancel before assessment work begins, you may request a full refund by contacting us.
How To Request a Refund
Email support@bookaistudio.com with your name, business name, purchase date, order reference (if available), and reason for the request. Refund requests for delivered reports are evaluated within 14 days of request. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
What Is Not Covered
- Work performed after a refund request where implementation services were separately purchased.
- Losses or damages resulting from using recommended tools, failing to implement recommendations, or changes in business conditions.
- Any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
Disputes
We will address all refund requests in good faith and in accordance with these Terms of Service.
