Assessment Services

Because the AI Tools Assessment is a custom service based on client-provided business information, completed reports are generally not refundable after delivery.

Before Work Starts

If a client pays and cancels before assessment work begins, the client may request a refund by contacting BookAIStudio.

Problems With Delivery

If a client cannot access a paid report because of a technical problem on our side, we will first work to restore access or resend the report. If we cannot deliver the purchased report, we will review a refund request.

How To Request Help

Email support@bookaistudio.com with the client name, business name, purchase date, and reason for the request.
